How can leaders make workplace interaction more productive?
I am an Assistant Professor of Management at American University's Kogod School of Business in Washington, D.C. Through my research and teaching, I seek to improve people's abilities to navigate the vital yet challenging interactions we face in our daily work. My research examines both developmental interactions like advice, feedback, and voice, and collaborative ones like communicating virtually.
