I am enthusiastic about connecting research and practice through teaching. At Kogod, I teach Organizational Effectiveness through People (MGMT 609) and Management & Organizational Behavior (MGMT 353). Both are a hands-on courses that provide students with practical insights into leading, managing, and working in contemporary organizations. During my time at Harvard, I developed my own graduate-level leadership course based on my research, The Art of Communication, which I taught at Harvard Extension School. I have also enjoyed serving as an instructor for undergraduate students in the Harvard Business School Program for Research in Markets & Organizations, and as a teaching assistant for MBA students at Columbia Business School.
Beyond serving as a course instructor, I have consulted and led trainings for professionals at a variety of organizations, ranging from startups to international governments. |
